COSEN C-800NC
DESCRIPTION:
Cosen's C-800NC incorporates a 7,5 kW powerful blade motor, 67 mm wide blade, independent control panel, and heavy-duty dual column design. These features create a very rigid, dynamically stable and productive machine. The heavy-duty dual columns keep the blade parallel to the material at all times creating equal force throughout the entire cutting cycle, thereby increasing the cutting efficiency and extending blade life.
Cosen now offers Touch Screen Control Technology, SNC-100 coupled with a Mitsubishi PLC controller the 5.7” Color Touch Screen allows for fast easy programming of any job. Utilizing the SNC-100 System the operator easily programs the cut length and quantity desired. The SNC-100 System stores up to 99 cutting jobs and features Automatic Kerf Compensation for parts longer than a single index. The SNC-100 System also utilizes “Save-A-Blade” which retracts the material 1/8” from the blade at the end of each cut so the blade will not rub the material while the saw head moves up to allow the next index. All machine functions are controlled from the operator’s station.
The control panel is ergonomically designed and located for convenient use by the operator. Any length of cut desired up to 999”can be selected.
