COSEN C-650MNC
DESCRIPTION:
The C-650MNC from Cosen is a fully automatic band saw that can also make mitre cuts. The machine features a solid base, a heavy-duty saw frame, a heavy-duty gearbox, a 5.6 Kw drive motor and user-friendly programmable controls.
Cosen now offers the latest touch screen control technology, SNC-100. Coupled to a Mitsubishi PLC controller, the 5.7 inch colour touch screen allows for quick and easy programming of any job. With the SNC-100 system, the operator easily programs the desired cutting length and quantity. The SNC-100 system can store up to 100 cutting tasks and has automatic wear compensation for parts longer than a single index finger. The SNC-100 also uses the "Save-A-Blade" feature that retracts the material 1/8" from the blade at the end of each cut so the blade does not rub against the material while the saw head moves up to allow for the next index. All machine functions are controlled from the operating position. The control panel is ergonomically designed and positioned for easy use by the operator. Any desired cutting length up to 999" can be selected.
