COSEN C2
DESCRIPTION:
The COSEN C-TECH C2 is equipped as standard with a 3.75 kW saw motor, a 34 mm high saw belt, a clear control panel and a solidly designed saw frame on robust linear guides. These features ensure a stable and dynamic production machine. The COSEN C2 is the smallest "fully enclosed" machine in our range and because of this feature, the enclosure keeps the working space cleaner and reduces machine noise.
The linear guides provide an excellent low-vibration movement of the saw frame and a constant stable force during the sawing process. Hereby, the service life or life of the saw belt is increased considerably.
The entire COSEN C-TECH range is equipped with Advantech's latest Touch Screen control technology, our SNC-100. Coupled with a Mitsubishi PLC controller including colour Touch Screen, it provides an easy way of programming the jobs.
With the SNC-100 System, the operator can easily provide the jobs with different length-number combinations. The SNC-100 System can handle up to 100 programs and with the automatic saw-cut compensation system, it can also cut longer products accurately. The SNC-100 System also has a "Save-a-Blade" function, which ensures that the feed clamp retracts the material so that the bandsaw has a free passage upwards after the cut is completed. This prevents damage to the product, but also to the teeth of the saw belt.
All machine functions can be controlled from the control panel, which has separate buttons with symbols, which greatly increases user-friendliness, and in addition the panel is ergonomically placed for easy operation.
