COSEN G300
DESCRIPTION:
The COSEN G300 is what we call a fully automatic hinge-band saw machine. It is a robust machine that can handle high production levels, thanks in part to a solid base and a heavy saw frame that, thanks in part to a hydraulic cylinder, rests on a stable pivot point from which the frame sinks down during the sawing cycle.
Daily fully automatic sawing with this COSEN G300 is no problem at all thanks to the heavy drive combined with a 3.75 kW motor. The whole thing is controlled by an operator-friendly programmable controller. In addition, the machine looks modern and clean.
The COSEN G300 is supplied with the latest Touch Screen Control technology, SNC 100. Coupled with a Mitsubishi PLC controller including colour Touch Screen, this ensures an easy way of programming the commands.
With the SNC-100 System, the operator can easily provide the commands with different lengths and numbers. The SNC-100 System can process up to 100 programmes and with the automatic saw cut compensation system calculate that even longer products are cut accurately. The SNC-100 System also has a "Safe a Blade" function that causes the feed clamp to retract the material so that the bandsaw has a free passage upwards after the cut is completed. This prevents damage to the product and will guarantee the life of the saw band.
Any length can be programmed in the PLC, and all machine functions can be operated from the control panel. The panel is ergonomic and user-friendly for easy operator control.
