At Saw-Tech we are convinced that lubricating the saw band and the material during the sawing process can not only positively influence the life of the saw band, but also the degree of finishing of your material. Although most sawing machines are equipped with a coolant system (usually with a hose aimed at the saw band or saw blade), a standard coolant system is not always the best and most favorite solution, often too much agent cools / lubricates, which means that not only the machine, but the entire working environment around it becomes dirty. With tubes it usually goes completely wrong, the emulsion gets into the tube and comes out at the inlet of the machine.

Our MIST SPRAY UNIT offers the ideal solution for this, the unit is actually a misting system that applies a small amount of cooling and lubricating emulsion via a fork over the saw band directly to the saw band every few seconds during the sawing process. For example, the emulsion does not run off on all sides, but automatically in the saw cut itself, which guarantees a better finish.
