COSEN G320
DESCRIPTION:
The COSEN G320 is our most popular and sold machine from our range, it is a robust machine that can handle a high production, partly due to a solid base and a heavy saw frame supported by the famous double column construction, each cut will be perfectly stable.
Daily fully automatic sawing with this COSEN G320 is no problem at all thanks to the heavy drive in combination with a 3.75 kW motor. The whole is controlled by a user-friendly programmable control. In addition, the machine looks modern and clean.
The COSEN G320 is supplied with the latest Touch Screen Control technology, SNC 100. Coupled with a Mitsubishi PLC controller including color Touch Screen this provides an easy way of programming the jobs.
With the SNC-100 System, the operator can easily provide the jobs with different lengths and numbers. The SNC-100 System can process up to 100 programs and with the automatic saw cut compensation system calculate that also the longer products are cut accurately. The SNC-100 System also has a "Safe a Blade" function that causes the feed clamp to retract the material so that the bandsaw has a free passage upward after the cut is completed. This prevents damage to the product and will ensure the life of the band saw.
In the PLC any length can be programmed, in addition, all machine functions can be controlled from the control panel. The panel is ergonomic and user-friendly for easy operation for the operator.
