COSEN AV-40150
DESCRIPTION:
The AV-40150 from COSEN is a fully automatic high production vertical panel saw. COSEN is known for using a very solid base and frame, a heavy saw frame, with an extremely heavy and in-house produced drive unit with the well-known Swedish SKF bearings. The machine has a 7.5 kW drive motor, a 41 mm high sawing belt, an external and movable control panel and to optimally cut the sheets 4 top clamps. The combination of stability and powerful features ensures an even cutting pattern, which ultimately benefits your production.
On all COSEN fully automatic machines, including this AV-40150, we offer you the most modern "Touch Screen Control " SNC-100, linked to a Mitsubishi PLC unit with a 12.5" Color Touch Screen, which makes every job easy to program. The entire electrical control panel is equipped with electrical components of German production.
Using the SNC-100 system, the operator can not only see the status of various machine components, but also the required cutting lengths in combination with the required quantities. The system can store 100 sawing jobs and automatically compensates the sawing thickness for cut lengths longer than the feed rate. The SNC-100 System also provides for the "tool life increase" as the clamped material is pulled back 2 mm at the end of the cut before the saw frame rises, allowing the saw to rise freely without clamping or scraping. All machine functions can be controlled from the control panel. The control panel has an ergonomic design and can be comfortably operated by anyone. Each cut-off length is adjustable up to 99 m.
